An Honest Attorney in a Comfortable Setting

If you’re looking for a stuffy law firm with an office filled with yellowing, dusty law books, Flickinger Legal Group is not the firm for you. Justin and I are approachable, down-to-earth attorneys who work hard to make our clients feel comfortable. Justin and I are the only attorneys at the firm. You will not be handed off to an associate attorney or a paralegal. We are the attorneys who will return your phone calls and answer your questions.
You are not treated merely as a client but as an individual who has been through a very traumatic experience. We are very much aware of the physical, mental and emotional turmoil caused by being involved in an accident. We will assist you in all aspects of your case to include both your injury and property damage claims.
Our representation is based on a contingent fee agreement. You pay no fee unless we are successful in recovering monetary damages for you. If Flickinger Legal Group helps you with your property damage issues, we charge no fee from the money you receive for your property damage or rental car.

Russ Flickinger

Attorney
A lot of these videos talked about different legal advice, legal issues, Here we will talk a little bit about Russ Flickinger’s military service. Attorney Russ was a captain and a Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army. He worked there for three years. Russ’s primary responsibility initially was taking care of individuals who were being medically boarded out of the military. This was called a physical evaluation board. In the military, if you have sustained an injury and it is service connected, you may be entitled to receive a rating for your disability.

If you do not believe that rating is sufficient, you can go to the board and ask for an increased rating. Russ Flickinger’s job was to represent those service members in that board in order for them to obtain the rating which they felt they deserve.
