How many miles per gallon do you get in your motorcycle?
In the 1980s, AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Craig Vetter sponsored a contest to see who could design the best high-mileage motorcycle. One bike was designed to get an astonishing 470 miles per gallon! This specific bike was Vetter’s own entry into the contest—a 22-horsepower “luxury-touring” motorcycle based around a 250cc Kawasaki single.
